Once I tried it, it doesn't work as well as it might because the wide
town boat bows (as in River Expedition etc) are vertical from the
waterline when they merge into the side of the hull, whereas the Loader
Dozer cockpit has an inverted slope where it turns the corner and
becomes the side. It's a bit difficult to make the join look right.
Howvever, if you took TWO loader dozer cockpits and used them as bow and
stern, it would make a very good cargo barge.

Oh yeah, the chassis is awful. I can't see much use for the cokcpit
cover either although it looks as though it ought to be useful for
something. Maybe the barge could have a cover or something.
They are a drug on the market as parts, too - can't even get a decent
amount for them on eBay :-)
