A new Model Builder Search for 2006 kicks off at LEGOLAND California on Monday February 20th. The park will hold auditions for someone to eventually win a job as a LEGOLAND Master Model Builder. I heard rumor while I was there that the museum was interested in possibly establishing a permanent home for a LEGO layout. Any progress in (...) (...) .. Eric- Thanks for the comments. The cable-stayed bridge was built as two 60-inch spans that we can separate if desired. For this display, we modified them so that their decks can tilt relative to their towers. This allows each bridge to (...) (18 years ago, 4-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains.org.scltc)

(...) FYI, this layout is also featuring some animation besides trains. There's a large windmill farm, a ferris wheel and a running narrow gauge train(4 wide track as oppossed to 6 wide). (...)
