I know of the following "organizations" (and I use the term loosely,

PNLTC (the first) - Pacific Northwest Lego Train Club
NGLTC - North Georgia Lego Train club
GMLTC - (the most disorganized, and proud of it) Greater Midwest Lego
Train Club

BAYLUG has a SIG for trains

Any others?

Say, did you guys consider "NVLTC"?  I realize that Northern Virgina is
traditionally called "Nova" or "NoVa" or "NOVA", and I don't mean to be
insulting in any way to suggest anything else, but if you went with NVLTC,
then you'd be 5 letters just like the other three.

OTOH, NVLTC might look like Nevada LEGO Train Club since NV is the U.S.
postal code for Nevada.  :)

Just a thought anyway!  (I don't suppose all LTC's will always be able to
be 5 letters.  :)
