First place at GATS Little Rock !!!!

MSLTC took first place at GATS in Little Rock this weekend. We took a 42 x 36 layout, included RailRacers and a K8 play area. Had lots of people spend most of their days there. The evening news ran a segment on the show and over half of it was our (...) (22 years ago, 23-Sep-02, to lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: City blocks

(...) Yup. Good points. I think the thinking behind using 2x3 was that it's large enough to be a significant block.. it does not take roadways into account and thus won't work on a 30" wide module.   LEGO® bricks not only for under the Christmas Tree this year

Once again the North Georgia LEGO® Train Club (NGLTC) will be supporting the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta by sponsoring a tree at the 26th Annual Festival of Trees. This extraordinary event has become a tradition of Atlanta’s holiday season (...) (22 years ago, 19-Sep-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains.org, lugnet.announce) !!

Re: will set 4535 (MOT train) be available to australia?

(...) I can see this being very useful information for train clubs to have. If a club is running a MOT(ish) train at a show it would be much easier to tell people "You can get one like it at Toys R Us" than to say "Well, you can get one like it by (...)
