Once again the North Georgia LEGO® Train Club (NGLTC) will be supporting the
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta by sponsoring a tree at the 26th Annual
Festival of Trees. This extraordinary event has become a tradition of
Atlanta’s holiday season while raising much needed money for quality
services and facilities for children at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
The NGLTC tree will be decorated with over 100,000 LEGO® brick ornaments
built by both club members and patients of Egleston Children’s Hospital. The
tree will be on display for the week of December 7th – 15th, 2002 at the
Georgia World Congress Center along with hundreds of other decorated trees,
wreaths and decorator vignettes created by the city’s top artists and designers.
There also will be other LEGO® themed surprises to accompany the display so
be sure to mark your calendars for this spectacular event for the whole
family. You will not want to miss it!
