| | | (...) Nice start, but lose the wagon plate if you can. US prototypes don't have much other than a tank, maybe (but not always) a center spine, and some mount points at the ends for the trucks. Older tank cars did have separate frames, and DOT 103's lasted until quite recently (and still do exist, just not in interchange (...) (24 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.trains)
