While on the subject of the 3225 Classic Train, what a peoples thoughts on
the other currently available set, 2126 Train Cars?

Prompted by the recent S@H mailings that claim "Limited Supplies" for this
set, I believe my wife purchase this for my birthday. (a long way away,
June). (1)
What sorts of good parts are in this set? From what I can see in the
picture, it looks like there are at least two full length cars that use the
wheels/boggie plate setup and two shorty cars.
Is it my imagination or are most shipping train sets including more flatbed
style cars as opposed to freight cars?

(1) I have been out of my dark ages just since Christmas. So I'm trying to
trying to catch up on trains while S@H still has them. Anyone have a 4532
Level crossing for sale? S@H is out.

| (...) Here is the S@H breakdown: 6x Wheelset (5304) @ $3.50 = $21 4x Buffer/magnet/coupler (5303) @ $3.50 = $14 2x Bogieplates (5302) @ $2.50 = $5 2x Wagon plates[1] (5309) @ $3.00 = $6 Total for those items from S@H would be $46, which is $23.50 (...) (26 years ago, 4-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

| I was thinking about buying 3225 and 2126 for having some more cars on my cargo train (I have had trains since 1994, when the first 9V came out, but I just got my city up in September) and I decided on 2126 simply because t had some interesting (...) (26 years ago, 5-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)
