It could be 7838. If you received these pieces in a "lot" with other pieces, a
further determiner would be the 1x4x5 white framed windows (2493), and black
supports 2 x 4 x 5, stanchion inclined (4476), or red sloped tipper ends
(3436). Any of these might just nail it down for you.
