is it possible to make the 7722 steam engine run with a 9v motor? how would i
go about doing it?

here is another way of doing it.I used a 2x8 technec plate and two 1x2 plates and four 1x4 plates. The 9 volt motor then is pushed into the hole of the plate.I have the 4.5 volt motor no battry box and just the frame for the engine.
Have fun building
