Toss the 4561 shroudplate as it's not going to be much help. Build your
engine frame from plates and use a technic plate as a place to pivot
your trucks. Or use the red wagon plate still available from S@H if you
like red... This question probably belongs in the FAQ for trains.
For more detail, do some searching in this group from the web interface,
many of us have pontificated on our favorite way to make frames and
subframes. Especially me.
