IMO there's poor chance someone built the blue version (well maybe Jake is
reading these lines and got some pictures he may link to) - as far as I can
remember, noone ever posted such a picture on BS.
However, I'm having a look at the small and incomplete pictures of the blue
engine in the book and I think you're best choice is to build your own alternate
based on the main yellow model building instructions from the book.
You could also have a try at making your own SF version from legotrains BS user
