Re: New Images of 2006 Trains —John Neal
(...) Thanks Mike and ILTCO! Something just occurred to me and maybe I'm just clueless, but it appears to me that the wheels on the green croc are new, a la BBB small wheels, using a technic axle. Unfortunately the baseplate/batterybox design put a a minor dampener in my plan and I'll probably have to wait to get one and try (...) (18 years ago, 22-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: New Images of 2006 Trains —Larry Pieniazek
(...) The pics I got at Toy Fair were of preprod stuff (witness the use of a metal railed turnout in old gray), so don't really help. The spoked wheels are there but the motor block on that one appears not to have technic axles: (URL) (and others in (...) (18 years ago, 22-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains)
