Thanks, Larry, and everyone else. I'm not sure what I saw - several matching
passenger cars with an F-class locomotive in the same livery. Seems like I used
to occasionaly see a UP or SP passenger train when I lived in Austin, too.
Probably private parties, bigwigs, etc.
Anyway, y'all answered my biggest question - nobody but Amtrak for
regularly-scheduled passenger rail that's not commuter service.
