lol - and Steve was giving Dan Parker grief this weekend for his email prowess,
or lack thereof. A lil case of the pot calling the kettle here, eh Steve? ;)
GATS was a fun show, even though the open freight door during loading froze us.
We got to introduce the LEGOHood, a series of row houses based on essentially
the same footprint (give or take) that Steve saw. He built the first half dozen,
the rest of us chipped in. The detail on some of the houses was incredible (not
mine), I wish Id gotten some more closeups. Ah well, next time.
Also, Bob Kojimas big Technic bridge was a hit. It was fun to watch it boing up
and down when Dave VinZants massive TGV roared over it. I was thinking about
taking bets on how long until it gave way and crashed into Frank Filz coastal
scene underneath. But it held.
