Hi Brian, Awesome, awesome! Great job on this, the use of bridges and retaining walls, etc... I love how we (L-gaugers) are getting more and more sophisticated about our layouts. I think train displays have continuously become larger and larger on two dimensions, but adding height (apart from really tall buildings) is something that we should all aim for. Some simple model railraoding techniques might offer some depth. Perhaps a blue gradient staring at about 12" above the table top, to about 36" above the table (depending how high the tallest buildings are). Since its already light blue, get some (...) (20 years ago, 3-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

Here's a sneak peek at the mountain module I'm making for IndyLUG/Central Indiana LTC's display at this years Children's & Parents Expo Feb 19,20 & 21 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
