Push rods and connecting rods are both on my list of possible parts to make.
First things first, I'm busy working the flanged train driver wheel.
Regarding the blind drivers, I'm working on that too. I use a LEGO RC car motor
and build a small LEGO fixture to turn the wheel while I work the flange away
with a file and metal cutting tool.
