First, I have two request.  Do you have any pictures of the original station we
could look at?  This looks like an interesting interpretation, and since it is
based on a real life model, a comparision would be nice.  Also, when can we
expect some renderings?  I'm sure if you aren't too familiar with it, many
people inclusing myself, would gladly help.

In terms of the model, I think it is very interersting how you raised the tracks
on a bed filled in with tiles.  Good luck trying to find all those tiles in real
life!  I also like the interior and the use of the 1x2 plates with one stud to
set up the chairs.

One thing I would do to improve the model however is extend the base so that the
tracks don't float in the air so much.  Due to their raised nature they tend to
detract the focus a little.

(...) Tiles aren't that hard anymore... light+dark grey can be gotten by parting out Santa Fe's, or the new skater series. Red is available from S@H. And there's always Bricklink :D (21 years ago, 7-Oct-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Unfortunately, I do not have a scanner, nor a digital camera. The real station's colors are a bit different; sort of a light orange-brown color. I tried doing it in brown but it looked too dark. The tan color was sort of a compromise. Also, (...) (21 years ago, 7-Oct-03, to lugnet.trains)
