I've already seen the pic, thanks for posting it. I'm really curious to see
if I can adapt this construction of yours to use in "extra low" train cars,
while still allowing for the car to have couplers at regular train height.
I've tried it before, unsuccessfully, but your design has many approaches
that are new to me.

Out of curiosity, how do you plan to make the motorizaton? I figure that
would be difficult, since none of the wheels can be linked to a motor. Will
you use a hidden tyre to act on friction?
After you build the underside with actual bricks, please let me know how it
behaves, especially in curves and points. Mostly, I'm after the clearance it
requires.
Again, really great design. I've shown it to friends who immediately
recognized our local tram!
