    16 wide Train Building Odyssey —John Neal
   Sorry, no pics yet, but I'm nearly finished with my first 2 cars. I'm posting in hopes of picking the brains of some large scalers out there (James Powell-- hint hint;-)...    (...) Yes, I find the large scale stuff very intoxicating as well! Actually, USA Trains (and Aristocraft) are around the scale of 1:29, but utilize gauge *1* track (which is actually scale for standard gauge at 1:32). I *do* have "G" scale trucks, (...)    (...) Does (...) Ah. As far as I am aware, gauge 2 & 3 are not available any more commercially. However, you could try looking through the garden gauges stuff: (URL) sure, they seem to indicate gauge 3 stuff) (URL) where I get those links from. I (...)
