G'day,
I wish I could back up your theory, but the 111, 115, and 152 I have all
seem to use the 2x4 plates for both hook and socket. Strangely enough, the
images on the boxes for 152 and 115 both show what appears to be a 2x2...
On a side note: does anyone have any idea what a complete 152 in box is
worth (no instructions...if there ever were any for the set) [box in very
good-excellent condition: tray ends have about 50% of printing left, and one
end is torn from tray on side a little]
Similarly for a 115 [no instructions, box in OK condition [torn a fair bit
and taped up...tray corners taped up with electricians tape] all parts in
fair-excellent condition though one contact plate in battery box will need a
little cleaning up.]
[for the record I'm considering selling the 2 sets as they don't seem to fit
in with my collection, nice as they are.]
Thanks,
Benjamin Whytcross

| Hi all! I have a still unsolved problem with the hook couplings of the 60ies: There are two types of them: - the one version has 2x2 plates (one with hole one with hook) As for e.g. shown in building inbstruction of 111: (URL) the second versin (...) (23 years ago, 3-Aug-01, to lugnet.trains)
