The rims are great!  I was very exited when I saw the package in the mail.

The boiler is 5 wide and the cab is 7 wide - that averages to 6.  Black is
tough to photograph - it does not help that I amd using an old digital
camera.  I will try using more light.l

Instead of the rods on the linkage, how about half beams?

I have been experimenting with different linkages -  I really want something
moving when the train is going down the track.  You have to be careful how
much resistance the linkage adds.
