The light kit is just for one headlight and shows how to imply that into the
engine. Take e look here:

I would advice you to build your own bridges: looks much better and fits better
to any train layout.

Just take a look at the train pages of the LTCs (Lego Train Clubs). Once you
have started with trains, you will be addicted to them and buy more and more
(at this moment I own more than 250 waggons and 100 locos)....
As a weak example why you should go into trains visit the gallery of the FGLTCs
