Silly me, he TOLD us how he got the RGB values... I'll just modify the
question and ask "I wonder how Mosaic Maker got its RGB values?"

| (...) Red: 204,0,0 Blue: 0,51,153 Yellow: 251,228,25 (these were the only ones I checked since they're in Hex on the Mosaic form and I'm lazy) The mosaic form has Hex colors (in the order they appear in the table): #CC0000 #FF6666 #FFDEDC #5C2000 (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-01, to lugnet.trains)
