Even though I said that I wouldn't be doing any coach work for a while, I built an observation car. It is almost done, but I decided to put up three preliminary pictures anyway. I need to buy some doors, some windows, and a few chairs to finish it (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)

Hello, I was wondering if you could share your experiences with our group. How often, either in track pieces or actual measured length do you add an electrical connection to your long lengths of track? Is it better to hook up transformers at (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)

I agree with John, that it would be best if you had atleast two separate loops of track. (I still like Chris' "law" that the continuous loop(s) not run along the branch of a switch.)
