Once again the North Georgia LEGO Train Club is presenting a layout at this years Great American Train Show in Duluth,Georgia at the Gwinnett Civic & Cultural Center on November 11th and 12th. (...) No, GATS _pays_ for you to attend. It is somewhat "by invitation", in that they are more like a giant flea market than a hobbyist run show, but still, they pay the layouts that they do select attendance money. (...) No. While technically that should pass 6 wide trains, as the track is 8 studs wide, it's not prudent. Many 6 wide trains have things protruding out (my PCC is 8 wide at a point) and if you have any curves anywhere near the bridge approach, (...) (24 years ago, 4-Nov-00, to lugnet.trains)
