  Re: 6-wide vehicles

I know that the first generation space shuttle (2nd?) Launch Command, #6336, had the 6 wide vehicle, and I thought it was neat, so I got two. I can't think of any others. I liked the fuel truck as well, I am getting one on my next SAHS order. Scott (...) (26 years ago, 7-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

  6-wide vehicles

Since there has been some discussion of 6 stud wide vehciles lately, I though I would take a look through the recent catalogs and see which sets came with wide vehicles. Here is what I found (excluding train sets) #6453 Comlink Cruiser (Space Port) (...) (26 years ago, 7-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Original wagon designs

Inspired by some of the wagon models by Larry P and James Mathis, I have had a go at a few of my own, based on British prototypes. At the URL below, you'll find LDraw images, photos of the models and of the prototypes they are based on, of a bogie (...) (26 years ago, 6-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

new enthusiast crashes train, many injured

Hello to all! I recently built (and unbuilt) a 4565 with an additional 2126. Trains are so fun! I got some switching rails and 2 sets of straight rails and was running my new big (to me) layout tonight with a locomotive and coal tender (courtesy of (...) (26 years ago, 6-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: economics of set 3225

(...) In two weeks, youth hockey will be over and then I'll have to bring some of my stuff to a GMLTC meeting, just so I can actually put some faces behind some of the names. (26 years ago, 6-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 182 scans anyone?

I've got these instructions but only have a 5 inch wide color hand scanner, but will give it a go. Mark H. (...) (26 years ago, 6-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: economics of set 3225

(...) Which I can attest to. He's clueless. He's been building an 8 stud wide locomotive at the GMLTC(1) meetings 3 weeks in a row now and hasn't progressed much beyond the fuel tanks and frame. Just kidding. John is trying to get it PERFECT. And it (...) (26 years ago, 5-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)
