(...) I believe it is. Livery seems to be Continental usage, you don't hear it used much stateside, but once in a while you do instead of Color Scheme.... (...) basic shape down nicely. One new model and new pictures of old models. The new model is of a German electric locomotive called a DB 139. My version attempts to approximate a likeness in its green with white stripe livery(?right word to mean color scheme?). (URL) are some (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains) !

That could be a problem, but I wouldn't expect that much wheel slippage (I'd make a SWAG that the power difference which is taken up by wheel slippage would be 5% or less of the total power difference). I'd also wonder how it would compare to (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)
