Does anyone have an extra nosepiece for the excavator from #6473 that I could beg, borrow, buy, or steal ? I finally noticed that it is the same piece (in black) as the nose piece to the #4559 Cargo Train... (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) The biggest problem is the ease of destroying your Lego motor by supplying too much current because the voltage will be too high. I still think that LEGO and Marklin or LEGO and Digitrax could come up with a S@H train motor that is DCC ready...just imagine the possibilities...not just trains but anything that could be built to ride on the rails... (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
