  Looking for track

I have just taken the plunge this year to get a train, and now have the problem of acquiring enough track. Is there a good way to get track? Short of calling S@H that is. Are there regular auctions that include track? Is there a way to get track and (...) (25 years ago, 12-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

GFLTC in the GATS Tampa Show...

Hi all, Just a reminder the Greater Florida LEGO Train Club will be at Great American Train Show in Tampa December 18th and 19th. This will be our first outing as a club and we haven’t had much time to work on the layout. But I think it should be a (...)   Re: Train front window.

I know this is not what your asking, and it may be old news. However, I bought a used RES-Q set this week, and I was surprised to note that the tow truck uses the black train front for a cab! The set number is 6479. Scott A cliff collins wrote in (...) (25 years ago, 11-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

(...) They're cute. I'm assuming that since the locomotives don't have flanges, you have to keep a car coupled in front of them to keep them tracking (the car in front and the tender behind provide guidance, the tender behind provides driving (...) (25 years ago, 11-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

  new piece idea

I think that TLG should make a train window that is 1 wide by 4 long by 2 tall, as seen on several train carages with the small windows. -- Jonathan Wilson wilsonj@xoommail.com (URL) (25 years ago, 11-Dec-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains)

  Wild West Trains posted!

Hello everyone! I stayed up real late last night and took pictures of the Wild West theme trains I have recently built (and am still building). Tonight I stayed up real late and posted the pictures and did a little re-modelling of my Brickmani site. (...) (25 years ago, 11-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)
