(...) Hi Patrick! [Track:] Marks on the bottom side of track have one disadvantage: you have to turn _ALL_ track pieces of a layout to find out, if some of the track made it's way into some unexpected part of the layout.... My track pieces are all (...) (17 years ago, 30-May-07, to lugnet.trains)

(...) One way is to use a little dot of paint or nail polish. Everybody use a different color, and it's not a problem. Or two different colors for more people. I have used this for marking climbing gear, and it's quick, easy and durable. Tim (17 years ago, 30-May-07, to lugnet.trains)

(...) In the front of a display, all of us in GWLTC just build our own scenery on our own bases, and lay our own track up to the edge of the section. Round the back, we each bring some small plates of an individual colour to put either on the track, (...) (17 years ago, 30-May-07, to lugnet.trains)
