I'm getting close to completing this lil' project and I thought I would submit it to the discussion on compressionism. :-) Since the real track is 2.5 miles in length and sets on a 320 acre tract of land it was necessary to scale a few things down. (...) Yes..you do have a proportionally large gap to mind with lego trains! The extra plate would certainly reduce the inset at the sloped part of the door but it was not possible with this version because the tile on top of the door is required to (...) (20 years ago, 5-Apr-05, to lugnet.trains)
