  holding older stickers on?

Anyone have any suggestions on reinforcing older stickers without using any substances that could damage LEGO bricks? I'm looking for something not too thick that doesn't eat into ABS. My 4551's corner stickers don't want to stay fastened. :( (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Technic piece wanted.

followups to bst because this is a wanted... I need a boatload of the technic light grey 1 1/3 connector.. you know the one, it's a technic pin on one side, the grey kind so it's loose, and a hollow stud on the other side. I use 24 of these in each (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.trains)

Re: Macs (was Re: GMLTC Teaser page)

(...) Yup. I wonder if they *will* survive another decade? When I came to UTK in 1993 the ratio of Macs to PCs in the student labs was around 10 to 1, maybe worse. Now it's almost the other way around. And the ed market has always been Apple's (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org, lugnet.general)

(...) I want a t-shirt with the logo. :) I've worn the AFOL shirt so much it's beginning to fray on one of the seams. So I need more. :) (25 years ago, 12-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org, lugnet.general)

wanted - old train traction tire

I have aquired a motor and battery box similiar to that in set # 116. I am going to try and recreate the engine and tender from this set. The motor has four train wheels attached, but only three have the rubber traction tires. I am looking for one (...)   Re: A4 British Locomotive

(...) The problem is that Lego makes it *very* difficult to build things in proportion, lengthwise. The nose slope should actually be much shallower ("witch dresses" at the most for the bottom layer) but you'd end up having half the length of the (...)   Re: A4 British Locomotive

(...) Ahh, I see what you mean now. Yep, i did build it flat on the top previously, but im not sure how i felt about the look of it. As of right now, i only have two pics to work from, and they are 3/4s views, and not side views. I think i decided (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

Re: [HELP]: Info needed on train wagon chassis

For a start I'd say the 182 battery train and many sets from that era. Mark H. (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: A4 British Locomotive

(...) Well, I noticed that the top of the boiler in teh LDraw pic is horizontal, and the same height as the firebox top, and in the model as built the firebox is a plate higher than th eboiler top, and there is a step in the boiler top about halfway (...)   Re: A4 British Locomotive

(...) Im not sure i get your drift when you say horizontal... The LDraw render of it is a preliminary idea of what i wanted to do, then the pics are what it is currently, except for the functionality of the wheels/drivers. If you didnt find the (...)
