i need help in identifing a piece. it is used on the front of 7722. there are 2 in red. they appear to be a 1 x 2 plate with something attached. (26 years ago, 20-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

yes but wont there be problems with the fact that the 9V motor has a bogie plate built in? also i think they are different sizes. (26 years ago, 20-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)
