| Anyone in the Saint Louis area interested in starting a LTC or a LUG? I have been trying to start one but have not been very successful. There were two of us, but the other had to drop out. The only things we have done are to get a name CMLUG (...) (24 years ago, 27-Feb-01, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.mo, lugnet.loc.us.mo.stl) !

Well, in sub-threads like this one: (URL) seems a lot like IOLTC, IBLTC, or ICLTC (whatever it ends up getting called) is going to be expected to "negotiate" with TLC, etc on behalf of its sub-groups.
