| Well, we had a "blip" in the voting process but I'm satisfied that it was caused by a misunderstanding rather than an intent to cheat. Since at this point only about 40 people have voted I think once everyone who entered, and lots (I hope) of (...) | (...) _modern_ US prototypes (those more recent than DOT 103 10 000 gal tank cars) don't have a separate frame. Older tank cars did have separate frames, and DOT 103's lasted until quite recently (and still do exist, just not in interchange (...) (24 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.trains)
