All,
I just wanted to share with you my latest building. Its part of my on going
list of MOCs created almost entirely from the PAB wall. This building, when
finished will stand over 4 1/2 feet tall. I had to make the building
sectional so I can transport it. This also will allow for a smaller building
at shows. Its over all construction is very simple, which made the build time
go by quickly. There is only about 6 different pieces used in the tower. Its
design in not based off any real building. It was more or less designed by
the parts I had. So enjoy these teaser pictures, more will come once the roof
and lobby sections are finished.

Hey I like your design. I have also been building a few tall buildings out of
the PAB assortment. My intent is to use them in WAMALTC train displays and as
part of my future train layout. I decided to keep the buildings atten stories
so the trains and the layout are the focal point, and not the buildings.
Very nice use of the support columns, they give the appearance of matching the
framing. I used the same support pieces in another design. Are you going to
add the glass to the train windows? You are going to finish the lobby, does
that mean you will also add the upper floors as part of the design?
Seems that all of our buildings end up looking alike because of the limited
options in PAB.
I have been purchasing a number of items from PAB and ended up with a large
quantity of the red (6160c03) Window 1 x 4 x 6 Frame without the Trans-Light
Blue Glass after BrickFest. I would love to find the glass windows in sufficient
quantity and at a decent price in order to build a tall building using the
frames.
