Hello, A while ago, when I was deeper into my diner phase, I built a diner inspired by Mickey’s in St. Paul, MN. I was inspired to build it by looking at the works of painter John Baeder. (His work also inspired my AlMac’s Diner, which I later found (...) (18 years ago, 5-Dec-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town)

for parlugment's participation in ottawa's annual train show, railfair 2006, i built a cantilevered house hanging onto a mountainside. the group had decided to try a new concept this year, leaving each member to build their own section, which didn't (...) (...) I agree. The NE has many inspirational firehouses. Cambridge 4 is my favorite from that bunch. Those stations are all huge! Wow! (...) Great firehouse. Being a fan of the old style fire stations like these, I must say, this part of the country is probably one of the best areas for the historic fire stations. Where I grew up they had several of these, and the best part is, most of these are now (...) (18 years ago, 30-Nov-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Well, it's been a looong time since I posted a town model, and I suppose this counts as one, and it'll be a change to have some human powered transport shown for a change ;^) This model is based on my Bacchetta Giro short wheelbase recumbent.
