Thank you for all of your generous comments. This MOC is my third Lugnet post and guess the third time is the charm. My previous two came and went rather quietly with 1 or 2 responses (while posts such as a swastica spaceship generated massive (...) (19 years ago, 23-May-06, to lugnet.town, lugnet.trains, FTX) !

...Well, maybe NOT resolved, but it works for me!! I really liked your idea, Jeff and decided to try it out. The result is included in this "Joe Vig" vignette: (URL) All I did was to turn the (black) 1x1x1 brick with stud on all sides so that it's (...) (19 years ago, 23-May-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

(...) Absolutely fantastic! I too enjoy the color combination. The compression to keep the size reasonable yet still work in a minifig layout is excellent.
