As a followup to the announcment, here are some photos from the setup day yesterday. Classic Castle fans should note the pretty extensive medieval village in one corner of the display (separated from the rest of the layout by a "reality barrier" of (...)   Victorian Trolley Custom
 
I don't usually build Town customs, or even in minifig scale at all; but, here's my attempt at a trolley. I tried to give it a Victorian feel.
