Well, I still haven't been able to build a suitable Hospital under the space

on how I can handle this dilemma?

My custom-made signs, which I adhere using rubber cement, are not working out.
The fumes from the glue give me a massive headache and after about a month or
so the signs start to peel off. What should I do about this?

I have a small space (20x20 studs) that needs to be filled. My town already
has virtually everything it needs (Weapon Store, Grocery Store, Electronics
Store, Restaurant, Bank, etc.), so what is left? Suggestions, please?

Your small space might be just big enough for a barber shop/hair salon or
a neat little ice cream shop or news kiosk.
And don't limit this new building to just one level.  I like to build a three
for four story structure for apartments above businesses like barber shops,
retail stores, florists, etc.  This is how I have solved my problem of not
enough housing for Lego figs.

Happy building

I already have an Ice Cream Stand; right now I am trying to locate the old Paradisa one on E-Bay. Someone suggested 'Laundromat'; how does that sound? (24 years ago, 23-Feb-00, to lugnet.town)
