Your small space might be just big enough for a barber shop/hair salon or
a neat little ice cream shop or news kiosk.
And don't limit this new building to just one level. I like to build a three
for four story structure for apartments above businesses like barber shops,
retail stores, florists, etc. This is how I have solved my problem of not
enough housing for Lego figs.
Happy building

| I already have an Ice Cream Stand; right now I am trying to locate the old Paradisa one on E-Bay. Someone suggested 'Laundromat'; how does that sound? (25 years ago, 23-Feb-00, to lugnet.town)
