I have just finished building some heavy goods vehicles: 1920's solid tyre truck 1920's solid tyre van 1930's pneumatic tyre forward control truck and a 1930's fire engine (New World body style) go to Allanton's Latest News page thanks ... Wow! The ray tracing really improves the looks! When I first started reading through the Lugnet stuff, I wasn't too interested in the LDRAW and ray-tracing stuff. I guess I really like the feel of true "plastic" in my hands. Anyhow, my insterest in (...) (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.town)

(...) I like the creative use of the Star Wars canopy as a shop window! Cool. I agree with Jacob that you should try to raytrace the scene, though. But if you use L3P/POV-Ray, it will probably need quite much memory to render since you have so many (...) (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.town)
