there are *so* many FD sites (!), I thought I'd just ask the question here.

The reason I ask is, my brother is a fire chief who recently had to
argue for his new truck (replacing the town's old car - totaled in a
crash). I'd like to cheer him up by pointing to some minifig chiefs'

Hi Suz,

My chief is chauffered around in this squad vehicle.
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=92368

It is equipped with tools and such. It is a few years old and may get an
overhaul soon, but it will remain the same type of vehicle.

Here in NYC, Battalion Chiefs are chauffered around in SUV's.

Today, they have chains on there tires....(snow)

Best,
Jonathan
