Thanks for taking a look, Kevin.  In regards to the dark grey slopes, I only
had about 10 when I started the project.  So Bricklink was very helpful as I
had to buy a little less than 600 2x3 33 dark grey slopes.  I don't really
know how long it took to build, but waiting for the roof pieces to arrive
took the longest.  And, yes, there is a dark grey hinge under the ramp.

Also, I just thought that I'd add that the Windy Point Inn doesn't look
exactly like this model anymore.  This is what it looked like when it was
first built.  It now has two additional rooms and some other minor differences.

Jason,

Wow!  What an incredible job.  All that dark gray! I take it BrickLink was
very helpful in the acquirement of some of the dark grey slopes.  How long
did it take to build it?

Here is my second entry for the Town Building Contest.  The name of the
building is Windy Point Inn and it is a Bed & Breakfast located on the shore
of Big Bear Lake.  It is modeled after my family's Bed & Breakfast in Big
Bear, CA.  In actuality, the building is surrounded by more trees and is a
little further from the water.  But in an effort to keep the whole thing
transportable and so that you can see the building itself, I didn't include
too many trees or the landscaping between the building and the lake.
