  Re: Moc: Academy of Music

(...) Thanks! This building is definately on the list of what I plan to bring to the next GATS. It should fit well into the "historic district" we had. David Kohrman Lugnet #1117 (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Moc: Academy of Music

If not the Flatiron how bout the Woolworth Building ;) Now THAT would be impressive, but probibly would not fit indoors. I looked at your Brickshelf gallery. You have some very nice buildings. David Kohrman Lugnet #1117 (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

(...) Very nice. Your model has a lot of the character of the original. It'll look great in the next GATS layout, if you're going to bring it. Amy (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Moc: Academy of Music

(...) Whoa, that rocks. Any other Sullivan buildings out there in LEGOspace? (Sullivan was mentor to my hero, Frank...) Maybe we can get the inimitable J Lopes to take on doing the Flatiron building since he's close enough to get pics of the real (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Moc: Academy of Music

(...) I like it, a lot. I may 'borrow' the idea a little. There are some very nice details in there. I wanted a school for my layout & may use something like this as a starting point. very nice. Jonathan (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Moc: Academy of Music

David & All, (...) Wow David! You really got the feeling right in terms of the real building and the LEGO version. It is neat to see the actual building and the history as well. Great rendition. : ) Scott S. -- (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)
