I belive yes, they are US only...  I think mostly older big cities too.

There are still some tillers around here. I know that Boston is looking
into buying a couple.
I have also heard that alot of cities are looking into adding 1 or 2 to
their fleet, since they are more manuverable in the small streets of Eastern
Mass.

Yup, thats were the older, cities comes in...

Exactly why I'd like one or 2 for my fire department!

I built one for the St. Lego FD once, and even did l-draw instructions for
it, but it was just to darn big to fit into any of my stations, so I took it
apart. I may do a new one though.
