Minifig Scale Train Layout —Christopher Tracey
Here's a little idea I had when I woke up this morning. Now all I have to do is build a basement for it. :) (URL) (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town, lugnet.trains) !

Re: Minifig Scale Train Layout —Suzanne D. Rich
(...) That is wonderful :-) I esp like the arched bridge. (my minifigs are envious) -Suz (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Minifig Scale Train Layout —Christopher Tracey
(...) Thanks! I like the bridge also. I wonder how the six long arch would look in its place. I'm not as happy with the girder bridge as I would like to be. I originally wanted to use this fence piece (URL) to make a viaduct but I could not find any (...) (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

(...) Ah!! Yes, that element would be super. I'd love to have those in gray. -Suz (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

(...) using the 2x2/1x4 plate hinges to do curves would work out (put some tiles under strategic areas to allow bending? Thanks for sharing that! I agree with Suz, the arched bridge is especially nifty. ++Lar (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

(...) I've spent a little while today pondering minifig coffee table layouts. I don't think the resolution of lego would allow it though. (...) Good idea. I'll look into it. (...) Thanks! -chris (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Minifig Scale Train Layout —Sonnich Jensen
hmmm ok, so thinking: that layout in a standard lego house? Even in (URL) or (URL) would hardly be room for such a layout. So he do have the same problem as we do... Sonnich Christopher Tracey <ctracey@enviroweb.org> wrote in message (...) (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Minifig Scale Train Layout —Matthew Gerber
Christopher, I saw this this morning and really liked it...good job. Like others, I had an idea...how about the fence railing pieces like in (URL) for bridge railings? It might make a good raised bridge together. Matt (...) (23 years ago, 2-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Minifig Scale Train Layout —Josh Baakko
(...) Aw man, now my minifigs want one too... Guess my hobby store in town will have to pick up the pace and get supplies for trains, and not only those little planes! I know the owner of the hobby store will want one too, but he's only got an (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Minifig Scale Train Layout —Todd Trotter
(...) Hey Chris, Like everyone else said. This is a really cool idea. You've done a great job. Have you considered using the curved corner bricks to make the curves in your track? (URL) realize that they are taller than the plates, but perhaps you (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.town)
