No the fans dont work
The window cleaning craddle goes up and down though.
A micromotor sits in the winding gear
I gave up trying to think of a way to move the winding gear around the top
of the building on rails.
So it just has wheels on the bottom.
Nothing inside either.
Next up is a rebuild of the georgian facade that used to front the station
Turn it into the town hall
