  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) I don't exactly call 'record losses in fiscal year 2000' a profit. I'll be frank here, LEGO® has to dumb down their new sets and make them with SPUDS to turn the fast buck. And the winning formula worked from their beginning right up to (...) (24 years ago, 22-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Onward to le-koro

My flute won't work. I push the card and play the notes in the correct order but nothing happens. It bites that I've had to read through every spoiler to find out I'm doing the correct but the game just won't respond. This is the first problem in (...)   'Zap Bugs'

I think about 99 percent of you know this, but the zap bugs or whatever you want to call them from the Nui-Rama game on the internet are a type of Rahi called Kofo-Jaga. Onepu mentions this when you talk to him. (24 years ago, 21-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Ngarehu

Well I have started a little anti Toa project of my own.  I am going to be putting up a full website, but figured I would have a little teaser picture to start. Ngarehu is one of the Atua Ngau, twisted mockeries of the Toa created by Makuta. Like (...) (24 years ago, 21-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) Hey Dave, my Cankerworm uses Bionicle in the neck! (Shameless plug #2!!!) (URL) outta here! Later, Bryce (24 years ago, 21-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Fluting the rules Re: Onward to le-koro

(...) I have a similar problem. When I click on the flute, it goes into my inventory but then I can't do anything with it, I can't move it or use it or anything it just stays in there. I've tried repeating the episode using that convenient button (...) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) Don't feel bad, Mark. I do it too. It's the one Lego piece that shouldn't exist, but I believe it gave birth to the part we both love-the Bionicle ball with axlehole. I know you had used this part, that's why I didn't mention it in the first (...) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

Oh sorry, I didn't know you were referring to that pieces. ;-) Still, I'm a *bit* of a purist, and think that type of stuff is still wrong. (...) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Heavy Armed Lewa

I guess this is the debut of my Bionicle Brickshelf gallery.(URL) first MOC Toa is actually a Heavily Armed Lewa. Realizing that the Rahi were becoming to powerful, Lewa upgraded himself to match them. He's made up of 2 Lewa, and the Pit Droid, and (...) (24 years ago, 13-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) I didn't chop up the regular ball-joint limbs, just the useless Throwbot Throwing arm (the one that fires the disc) If you know how to "work around" those, I'd sure like to see some ideas, because there's no studs or technic holes or nothin'. (...) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha)
