Well Spotted, that is so true :-) This is a known fact, LEGO always produce their Kits 2-3 years before the release.. In other words,, LEGO is working on the 2003/2004 Kits now ... I meant to ask this a while ago, but forgot about it until now. If you look at the front cover of the 8448 instuction manual: (URL) it look like Bionicle canister lids as part of the platform? For those who are interested in the creation process: Piece count: 157 Major Sets used: Kopaka x2, Pohatu x2, Droid Developer Kit (R2D2), 3416 Women's Soccer Team (white 1x1 cones). Storyline: As the quest to liberate Mata Nui progressed, Makuta threw greater numbers and more experienced Rahi at the Toa to prevent them from acquiring the Masks of Power. I believe they were just bronze chrome. There was also mention of a competition to be entered, which would give the winner a mask of gold (probably plated) - and I don't mean THAT gold mask competition. Hi, Maybe you're right, but don't you think maybe the mountain is the abode and village of Kopaka? I guess a mountain is the only logical place for ice on a tropical island...
