Yes. They're usually mated, bell-end-in, to a micromotor.

| Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what is the purpose of the inner silicon o-ring inside the pully part 2983 ((URL) Is it used in some limited-slip mechanism? I got the part in set 8735, which might as well not come with a manual... thx, sim (23 years ago, 20-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic)
